On December 31st of this year, the Butterfly Museum of Catalonia
will close its doors in Ribera de Cardós to move to a new location
in LA POBLA DE SEGUR, in front of the train station.
A much larger space that will be the largest in Europe of its kind.
We will be under construction until spring. We will notify on this website.

The origin of the scientific
fund is a study of the distribution of the populations
of Catalonia.
The study began in 1971 and,
at the Museum, it serves to
show this part of biodiversity.
This scientific collection is
considered one of the four
reference collections
in Catalonia.
